If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your purchase.

After 24 hours, your order may already be in production, processing, or prepared for shipment. At that stage, we may no longer be able to make changes or cancel the order.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct and complete before checkout.

WoodVera is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If your package is returned to us, please contact us so we can help arrange reshipment.
