Warranty Policy
At WoodVera, each piece is crafted with care, patience, and respect for the natural beauty of wood. We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a 1-year limited warranty from the date of delivery.
This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship across all WoodVera product categories.
Warranty Coverage
If your item is found to have a manufacturing defect during the warranty period, WoodVera may, at our discretion, repair or replace the defective part.
Because our products are handcrafted from natural wood, each piece may have its own grain pattern, color variation, knots, texture, and small natural differences. These are part of the character of real wood and are not considered defects.
Limitations and Exceptions
This limited warranty does not cover damage caused by:
- Improper use or abnormal use of the product
- Mishandling, negligence, accidents, or misuse
- Normal wear and tear from everyday use
- Burns, cuts, scratches, dents, peeling, tears, water damage, or pet-related damage
- Use of harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, or strong cleaning agents
- Natural fading, discoloration, surface scratches, or aging over time
- Environmental conditions, moisture, water exposure, or improper cleaning
- Natural disasters or events beyond our control, such as floods or earthquakes
Any manufacturing defect reported after the warranty period may not be covered. In some cases, WoodVera may assist with replacement parts or material costs, but labor and shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
